Philip is a speaker and thought leader who has built a reputation for his unapologetic approach to working with entrepreneurs, leaders, and athletes all over the world.
He is the creator of the SoulSet™ philosophy and the One Last Talk movement, helping people uncover their unique gifts and live with greater meaning and impact.
In this episode, Philip and I dig into some of the most honest conversations you’ll hear on this podcast – including:
· Why vulnerability isn’t a tool to be used, it’s a gift to be given
· How to spot fake vulnerability online and why it’s doing more damage than people realise
· The difference between passion and excitement, and why one runs out, and one never does
· How your story holds the key to transforming your life, and why the desire for clarity and success can become a personal prison if you’re not willing to pay the price to step into it.
· + so much more.

1: You mentioned on a podcast that you work 20-30 hour weeks. What do you actually say ‘no’ to that most people in your position would say ‘yes’ to?” 00:58
2: What’s the loneliest you’ve ever felt on this journey, not the dramatic rock bottom, but the quiet, invisible loneliness that nobody talks about when you’re building something? 14:30
3: You went from primary school teacher to running a very successful business. Was there a specific moment where you stopped feeling like an ‘imposter’ and actually felt like you’d earned your place? 25:54
4: Most people think the goal is to stop caring what others think. But is that actually true for you? Do you still care — and if so, how do you stop it from running your decisions? 35:56

Megan Shtab lost 165lbs and now works as a transformation coach helping women lose 50-100lbs!
Her lightbulb moment happened at Disney World in 2018.
Even at one of the most size-inclusive places on earth, she struggled.
She had trouble getting in and out of rides, the lap bars didn't fit well, she needed constant walking breaks, and at one point, she took my shoes off in the middle of Epcot because her feet were so swollen.
She felt embarrassed and defeated. But she also knew something had to change.

Today’s show is an in person podcast with Peter Claffey.
Peter is a former professional rugby player turned actor.
He is the co-lead in the new HBO show, The Knight of The Seven Kingdoms (available on HBO and Sky Atlantic now)
On top of being a long term friend of mine and an incredible human being, Peter has such an inspirational story about following a passion and your path of curiosity, even if it looks crazy from the outside.
We go longer than normal in this episode as we cover everything from Peter’s upbringings, the ups and downs of professional sport and getting cast as the lead in Knight of the Seven Kingdoms to identity, psychedelics and mental health.
A great conversation that you can also watch on YouTube.
