Today’s episode is a Solo Q+A and gets very heavy on the mindset side of things. It goes through a lot of tools and tactics that I apply in my everyday life from getting up earlier to dealing with my fear of public speaking. I also go through a lot of the things I’ll be covering in my new book out later this year so if that’s something you’re interested in, give today’s episode a listen. This is a press record and talk episode so I hope you enjoy it.

1)   Why do you go to bed early and get up early? Is it more productive or better for your body that way? 04:07

2)   Any tips for public speaking? 16:31

3)   Top 3 tips for life in general? 26:11

4)    How do you keep positive? 39:47

5)   How do you deal with haters and people who come at you with negativity? 52:56

Brians best selling book THE FITNESS MINDSET on AUDIO BOOK and PAPERBACK

Joe Wicks is a best selling author of seven fitness and cookbooks. His first published cookbook Lean in 15: 15-minute meals was a best-selling book in 2015, having sold over 900,000 copies and his new book Veggie Lean in 15: 15-minute Veggie Meals with Workouts officially came out in December.

In today’s episode, we talked everything from focusing on the positivity and dealing with online hate to training and eating with a crazy busy schedule and a newborn baby. Joe doesn’t do a lot of long-form interviews and this is an inside look at the mindset to become one of the worlds leading fitness influencers. Truly inspiring. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed recording it.
