Today's episode was supposed to be an interview, but I had a last-minute cancelation so here's a special solo bonus episode based around the upcoming festive period.

 

The temptation over the silly season is to just press the ‘F*ck It’ button and then worry about it in the New Year. In today’s episode, I go through the pros and cons of the three main options you have over the Christmas period in regards to your food and drink.

Brian Keane is no stranger to the InnerFight podcast as this is the third time we get him on.

Self-awareness is something that we hear spoken about a lot and for many, I think you will agree we know we should have it, we may have even read books on it and we totally buy into it. However, like many of these things actually practising it on a daily basis is something else. In fact, how do we practice self-awareness? What are the checkpoints? What should we be doing? Kim aka ‘The Sculpted Vegan’ is a vegan athlete, entrepreneur and mum of four. She currently has an Instagram following of over 254k followers.

Kim’s entrepreneurial journey began after her fourth child was born.  Keen to find an income she could earn around homeschooling and caring for her kids, she started several companies, all of which failed, before finally deciding to embrace the thing she was truly passionate about and create a business around it. 

 Kim trained first as a yoga teacher, and founded Deyogatox, running local workshops and online training globally.  She then ventured into the world of bodybuilding, training as a vegan physique athlete, and founding The Sculpted Vegan in October 2017.

The Sculpted Vegan is now the largest online vegan bodybuilding company in the world. 

Kim lives in Belfast with her husband Ryan, their four children and Boston Terrier.
