- Make sure your training and nutrition is geared towards your goals
- Set a goal, target, date to work towards
- If fat loss is the goal, add in finishers instead of normal cardio to push past plateaus
- Try cycling your carbs (low, medium and high days)
- Use these fat burning supplements (if needed)
