Today’s episode focuses on my favorite ways to break through fat loss plateaus. There are loads of different ways to push past ‘sticking points’ but these are the ones I use myself and with my online clients so hopefully it helps you loads.
 
1.     Adding finishers or changing up your workouts
2.     Drop your carbohydrates for 7, 10 or 14 days  
3.     Add in caffeine and tyrosine before training as fat burning supplements.
4.     Try out the Stubborn Fat Loss Protocol 2.0 for cardio
