DDP is a WWE Hall of Famer, 3X World Champion, Founder&CEO of DDPY, Actor, Author and Inspirational Speaker!
The DDP story IS the heart of DDPY, a fitness program born out of necessity and reality. After years of wrestling injuries, including a broken back, DDP developed a real life workout that completely gave him his life back. His thinking was that if it could work for him, why not share it with others who want to own their lives again too?
Dallas has had some of the most inspirational transformations I have ever seen and is not just changing lives with his programs, he is also doing it with his online presence, his book Positively Unstoppable – The Art of Owning It and combinations of docuseries and films.
This is a two part episode. In today’s show we go into:
· How he got into professional wrestling
· The importance of mindset with any success in life
· Resurrection and relentless – the film and docuseries
· How he broke his back professional wrestling and had to create a fitness program because doctors told him he would never wrestle again
· And more

I dislocated my knee two weeks and torn the MCL..
Fortunately, or unfortunately (depending on your perspective), this isn’t my first injury..
I know the rehabilitation process at this stage and anyone who has ever got injured knows the same..
But that wasn’t the part I struggled with the most..
It was the mental side of injury or having to supportive mindset that could help me recover..
Often, especially in my late teens/early twenties I would get full blown circumstantial depression from being injured..
Thankfully I’ve worked on my mindset a lot over the years and know reframe injuries as opportunities.
Today's podcast is the four ways that I do that.

Although the plan was to focus was on female fertility, we talk a lot about how men can prepare too (if a couple is struggling).
Please feel free to pass this podcast on to any friends or family members who would benefit from listening.
Here are some of the things we talked about:
- The pre fertility diet (for women and adjustments needed for men)
- The foods to avoid and what to include
- Alcohol and caffeine – can you have them or not?
