Tom Otton is an ultra runnerTedX Speaker, and M.D at Create Group 
a digital marketing agency in Dubai. 
I recorded this with Tom right before I left for the Arctic and the 
mindset tips he gave in this episode were a huge part of me getting 
to that finish line.  Regardless of whether you’ve run two hundred 
ultra marathons or you’ve never run 1km in your life, you are going to 
love this episode! Tom is another one of my favorite people on the 
planet and is some I respect and look up to greatly so I hope you love
