My entire life has changed this past year and when I thought and reflected on it, it was these four things that made that happen. I hope it helps.
1) Run your own race and stop comping myself yourself to others!
2) Focus on your health and your body and physique will follow!
3) That I really hate sections of the fitness industry!
4) Getting up earlier and reading more has changed the trajectory of my entire life!
